The Black Policy Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization was founded in 2008 at the request of Senator Rosa Franklin with support from the Commission on African American Affairs. BPF works to align community organizations and individuals to advocate for policies that foster autonomy in the Black Community and to increase our voice and impact in every sphere where decision-making occurs in the State of Washington.
